Young children and their parents will descend upon the streets of Paseo to enter a world of make believe where they are encouraged to become a creature of their imagination by working with artists to create original costumes complete with accessories, and dance alongside the StarDanceSwan performers in a magical garden or labyrinth.

The Fairy Ball and Magic Lantern are two highly anticipated children’s programs offered each year free to the public attracting 500-1000 participants each.  The Paseo Arts Association and Theatre Upon a StarDanceSwan collaborate to organize both events, and we need your support.  During these tough economic times, these programs are more important than ever to the children of Oklahoma City.  Sadly the cost to put them on is rising, and funding is increasingly more difficult to obtain. 

Please consider becoming a Fairy Godmother by donating to the children’s programs on Paseo today.  The money will be used to pay for art supplies, staging, lighting, and small stipends to the professional performers who help turn an ordinary event into something these children will remember forever!
