As a Paseo Arts Association volunteer, you will gain an insider's view of Paseo and help a community non-profit organization. Volunteers have more opportunities to interact with the Paseo's fascinating artists, and meet fun people who are passionate about the arts. Volunteers are vital to the success of Paseo.

The Paseo Volunteer

Exhibitions & Event Volunteers

• Help set up and promote First Friday events
• Maintaining temporary gallery hours during exhibition
• Installation of exhibition (arranging walls, hanging artwork, site preparation, etc.)
• Photographing the event
• Acting as support staff during event (taking art sales orders, etc.)

Office Volunteers

• Office Assistance
• Hands-on experience with arts and non-profit administration
• Ongoing research projects
• Deliver postcard & posters to local galleries, coffee shops and other distribution sites.

Event and Program Committees

• Plan, organize, publicize and recruit volunteers for annual events, exhibits and programs.
• Raise funds, encouraging and involving all artists, raise visibility for the art and artists in the Paseo community.

We have lots of special events, like PEEPS, Magic Lantern, MidSummer Fairy Ball. Help set up and promote First Friday events. Maintaining temporary gallery hours during exhibition. Installation of exhibition (arranging walls, hanging artwork, site preparation, etc.) Photographing the event. Acting as support staff during event (taking art sales orders, etc.)

Sit in the in the Paseo Art Space and interact with art lovers, answer questions, and help sell art.

Setup, Beverage Trailers, T-Shirts, Raffle, Children's Area, Hospitality and more.
