Theme
Are you looking for someone to fall in love with your art? Are you having a hard time finding the right collector? What better opportunity than to create small, affordable work for the beginning collector.
Specifications
Open to all 2D and 3D work of any media. The size limitation for 2D work is 10 inches in any direction (framed); and the size limitation for 3D work is 12 inches in any direction. Size limitations will be enforced. Work presented for the exhibition must be ready for display on wall or pedestal. Work must be priced between $25 and $199.
Eligibility
Artists in Oklahoma 18 years and older.
Awards
Five Awards of Merit, $100 each Juror will assign awards.
Juror
Dorothy Moses is a native Oklahoman, specializing in mixed media. Interested in art from a young age, her work is now well-known and respected, collected and represented by numerous galleries and museums.
Entry Procedure
Entries will be selected from digital format (CD only, no slides). Artist may submit up to six pieces for a non-refundable fee of $10 for Paseo Artists Association members or $15 for non-members.
Digital submissions must be on CD and sized to 5x7 and 300 dpi, or 1 MB and under. A submission list must be included and labeled to correspond with the CD images. Other information to include on the submission list: your name, address, phone number, email, media, title and price. An artist statement and biography should also be included. You will be notified no later than December 17 if your work has been accepted.
Sales
PAA retains 20% commission on all works sold. Price accordingly. All work must be for sale.
Liability
All reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of the work in our care. PAA nor any agent will be responsible for any damage or loss. Entry to the exhibition constitutes agreement to all conditions of this prospectus.
